When does traffic start on i-95 heading South from the Harbison Street on ramp?
I need to make it to the Walt Whitman Bridge by 7:30 am from the Harbison Street on ramp. How long does it usually take to get through center city on 95? I know traffic starts around Cottman, but at what time? What time do you think I need to leave by?
A-Best: There is always traffic in Center City. If you want a timely commute, depending where you are comming from, you want to be on the road between 6:30-7:00am. Traffic starts to get wicked around 7-7:15am. 95 goes around center city not in it, so it will take you about 5-10 minutes to surpass all of that.
